How it was made

14 months aging, 70% 2-3 years old, 30% new 300-liter Hungarian, French, and Austrian oak barrels

In its aroma

sour cherry compote, blackberry and blackcurrant, with plum, blueberry, and plenty of spices in the background

In its taste

dominated by black berries with black pepper, cocoa beans, cloves, complemented by mild chocolate and milk caramel, the sip is velvety, soft, yet rich and full-bodied
