How it was made

The Szürkebarát grapes were hand-harvested and destemmed. They macerated on the skins for 14 days, aided by punch-downs. The wine was aged for 10 months in an old Hungarian 20 hl oak cask and in new 300-liter Hungarian barrels.

In its aroma

A lively scent of lemon and pink pepper, followed by ripe mandarin, grapefruit, and orange. Behind the fruits, floral notes appear – almond and peach blossom, complemented by a cinnamon aroma.

In its taste

On the palate, a lively, dynamic sip with returning orange flavors, a slight saltiness, and almond in the background. It finishes with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
