To achieve the goals, the most important value of the mentoring program is to showcase a wide range of good examples and opportunities through the personal successes and careers of professionally recognized mentors, so that young people can experience the possibilities available to them. During the semester, mentees and mentors met several times (both separately and together) at various locations, where they could informally yet professionally gain and exchange experiences.
