We celebrated the 30th anniversary of our establishment with breathtaking moments. At our Etyeki Kúria old hill Sparkling Wine Estate, we introduced the first milestones of our traditional sparkling wine business with a performance unlike anything the world had seen before.
The centerpiece of the jubilee event was an extraordinary production featuring Péter Besenyei, a world champion aerobatic pilot and longtime friend of our winery, who sabraged a bottle of our Méthode Traditionnelle Brut NV sparkling wine using a sword attached to the wing of his aircraft, positioned just 140 cm above the ground. During the maneuver, the plane was flying at 190 km/h, making the act a technical feat, an adrenaline-filled spectacle, and a tribute to the centuries-old traditions of sparkling wine culture.
The tension of the scene was palpable: speed, precision, and elegance came together in perfect harmony at a moment that elevated the art of presenting sparkling wines to a new level. This unique aerial sabrage was not only the premiere of our new traditional sparkling wines but also a symbolic message about how tradition can meet boundary-pushing innovation.

Our new traditional sparkling wines are built on the character of the Etyek terroir, the sophistication of long aging, and the momentum of modern sparkling wine culture. With this presentation, we not only opened a new business branch but also clearly signaled that in the coming decades, our path will be defined by bold, creative, and internationally competitive thinking.
At our event, traditional sparkling wines also met the world of fashion. Noor Fashion presented limited edition clothes inspired by our traditional sparkling wines to the attendees. The collection translated the elegance, character, and modern sophistication of the sparkling wines into the language of fashion.
The 30th anniversary is not only a celebration and milestone for us but also a spectacular opening of a new era – a moment that simultaneously reminds us of the power of tradition and shows how far Hungarian sparkling wine culture can be elevated.
